The apartment is centrally located to all amenities, such as Bank, Café, ATMs, Grocery Shopping Mall, Etc.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, Am staying in the first room all with a private bathroom, so you have your own private bathroom but share the kitchen and living room.

The room is spacious and quiet, as it’s window is orientated towards a cycle path. It contains:

•a double bed
•a chest of drawers,
•a wardrobe
•a desktop
•a chair
•a large mirror

Services, kitchen equipment, kitchen utensils, TV, DVD, Internet / Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, dryer, bicycle storage, telephone, cable TV, buzzer. The apartment has an ADSL broadband Internet connection (wireless, just bring your laptop). Free international calls on weekends to any country.

The rent includes all utilities, The rent is 650 CHF and security deposit of 500 CHF.

The apartment is 2 bedrooms and you will be sharing it with me. You have your own bedroom en-suit and I have mine, Common space will be the kitchen and living-room.

Indoor smoking is prohibited and loud music is prohibited in the apartment.

If you really want to book the room, I want to know your hubbies, location and nationality.

Feel free to ask me questions and I’ll be happy to answer promptly. Also am fully vaccinated, you have nothing to worry about.

I have found her message on the facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/138757446928689 (she already deleted the message).
We started to chat in fb (attached messages). Then she asked me to pay (payment receipt is attached).
It is definitely a scam because she blocked her message in facebook. What is confused me, that she sent me a ownership document, a contract and photos of a flat.
