The apartment has 2 bedrooms, Am staying in the first room all with a private bathroom, so you have your own private bathroom but share the kitchen and living room.

The room is spacious and quiet, as it’s window is orientated towards a cycle path. It contains:

•a double bed
•a chest of drawers,
•a wardrobe
•a desktop
•a chair
•a large mirror

Services, kitchen equipment, kitchen utensils, TV, DVD, Internet / Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, dryer, bicycle storage, telephone, cable TV, buzzer. The apartment has an ADSL broadband Internet connection (wireless, just bring your laptop). Free international calls on weekends to any country.

I want to make friends with my roommate, not only a friend, but best friends forever.

The rent includes all utilities, The rent is 500€ and security deposit of 500€. My mother requires 2 months rent and security deposit making the total of 1,500 €

The apartment is 2 bedrooms and you will be sharing it with me. You have your own bedroom en-suit and I have mine, Common space will be the kitchen and living-room.

Indoor smoking is prohibited and loud music is prohibited in the apartment.

If you really want to book the room, I want to know your hubbies, location and nationality.

Having found advert for a flatshare in www.appartager.be, I sent a message via the platform to « James » to schedule a visit to the apartment.
I did not get any reply regarding a possible visit. Instead I received a suspicious e-mail (see above) asking for an advanced payment.
