Je vous contacte au sujet de votre intérêt pour mon appartement 2 chambres, il fait 60 m2, est exactement comme indiqué sur les photos, disponible immédiatement, également pour de courtes périodes mais pas moins d’un mois. Le loyer est de 640 € et je demande 1 mois de loyer et 640 € de caution en début de contrat, que vous récupérerez en fin de contrat. L’enregistrement sur adresse est possible. Toutes les factures, d’électricité, gaz, TV et de WIFI, le parking et le débarras sont inclus dans le loyer mensuel. Je recherche un contrat à long terme.

J’aimerais savoir quelque chose sur vous, par exemple votre profession, combien de personnes vivront dans l’appartement et pour combien de temps souhaitez-vous louer et depuis quand ?

Le problème est que je n’ai personne pour faire visiter l’appartement pour le moment, mais je peux prendre quelques jours de congé et venir en personne faire les formalités administratives et vous remettre les clés. Vous pouvez emménager tout de suite. Si vous êtes intéressé, faites le moi savoir.

C est là même arnaque qu à Roubaix (Maria Rosa Gomez) qui m a envoyé ensuite un autre message en anglais me demandant de payer un mois d avance plus la caution sur booking.com avant de voir l appartement . Cet appartement est en dessous du prix du marché très bien situé et neuf avec box cave et wifi compris .

As I said in the previous message, I can’t show you the apartment before the first payment, that’s why I chose Booking.com for a successful transaction for both parties.

– I activate the ad on booking.com and send you the link for the reservation.
– You will only have to make the reservation for one month. Booking will then send you the invoice and payment terms for 1 month’s rent + security deposit which will be returned to you in full immediately upon your request (a total of 1,280EUR)

As soon as booking.com confirms receipt of your payment, I will book the first flight and meet you for the apartment inspection.

After our meeting, if you decide to rent the apartment, we will establish the long-term rental contract, for the duration you want, or for an indefinite period. The rental contract is completely flexible, to suit the needs of both, so if you want to add something to the contract, or take something out of it, we can do that, I am a reasonable person, there is no reason to worry. . . of all :). At this point, once all legal documents are finalized, you will need to authorize Booking to release the funds to me.

If after inspecting the apartment you decide that you do not wish to rent it (for whatever reason), Booking will refund you in full, with the cancellation conditions being completely flexible. (Anyway, I’m more than sure you’ll fall in love with the apartment 🙂 ).

Don’t forget that this reservation on Booking is only a formality and a one-off transaction, and it is the only way that will convince me to come and meet you. Unfortunately, a previous « tenant » blew me up for nothing 3 weeks ago, and decided not to answer his phone when I arrived…

After the first month, the rest of the monthly payments will be sent directly to me. We will discuss the rest of the details in person, if you decide to rent it.

I hope you understand the transaction steps, you will NOT send the money to me, you will send it to Booking. I cannot access funds without your permission, so you are 100% protected. Your payment will be held by Booking until you decide whether or not you want to rent the apartment.
So basically you have nothing to lose, and I’m sure you take it seriously too.

If you accept my terms and conditions, I will need the following information from you, in order to be able to activate the ad on this platform, and provide you with the booking link:

1. Desired move-in date and length of stay.
2. Name and number of people wishing to stay in the apartment
3. Cell phone number
4. Copy of ID card/passport
