Location appartement entièrement meublé situé dans Nantes

Bonjour,

Je m’appelle Maria Lopez et je suis le propriétaire de l’appartement – 1 chambre , 1 salle de bain – 39 m2, très lumineux, dans un quartier calme et de bons voisins.
Mon mari et moi avons acheté l’appartement comme un investissement en 2019. L’appartement peut être loué pour un minimum de 2 mois à un maximum de 10 ans, mais je préfère le louer à long terme.
L’appartement est comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos: https://myalbum.com/album/JYGTYpQJ4mYhWg/. Les frais ( place de parking, frais de communauté, eau, gaz, électricité, internet Wifi) sont inclus dans le prix de 500 euros / mois. Je demande également un dépôt de garantie de 1’000 euros, qui est restitué à la fin du contrat.
Un garant n’est pas obligatoire pour la location.
L’appartement sera soigneusement désinfecté par une société de nettoyage professionnelle avant d’être loué.

Tout d’abord, j’aimerais en savoir plus sur vous (âge, que faites-vous), combien de personnes vont vivre dans l’appartement et pour combien de temps? J’ai toujours loué mes propriétés via Booking.com, car il s’agit d’une entreprise de profil. S’il vous plaît faites-moi savoir si vous êtes intéressé, et je vous expliquerai le processus de location.

As I said in my previous e-mail, we will use an authorized third party to intermediate our transaction – Booking.com

Here is how the process works for long-term rentals:

– I initiate the transaction with booking.com and send you the link for the reservation
– You send the payment to booking.com (1 month rent + the security deposit = EUR 1’500)
– After booking.com receives your payment, Booking will organize a visit with you and one of their representative, to make the inspection of the apartment and decide if you want to rent it.

– If you decide to rent it, the representative from Booking will provide you the keys, and all the necessary documents, including the rental agreement, which is already signed by me. We can make the rental agreement for any period you want, or for an unlimited period. Then you will have to authorize booking.com to release the funds to me (I can’t have access to the money without your authorization)
– If you decide that you don’t want to rent the apartment (for any reason whatsoever), Booking.com will refund you the money in full, because the cancellation policy is fully flexible and free. (I am more than certain that you will fall in love with the apartment, anyway 🙂 ).

Please note that the transaction with Booking will be a one time transaction only. If you decide to rent the apartment after inspection, the rest of the monthly installments will be sent directly to me. We will discuss all these details after inspection.

If you agree with my terms and conditions, I will need the following information from you, so that I can activate the ad on Booking, and provide you the link for the reservation:

1. Your desired move-in date, along with the period of stay
2. Name and number of the persons that want to stay in the apartment
3. Mobile phone number
4. A copy of your ID/Passport
