On 7th of January, I ordered DryingRack™ 1 + 1 ACTION GRATUITE (see the attached mail).
On 7th of February, I received a package which contained only a part of the order. (see the attached picture)
Can you please verify on your side what happened?
If other parts of the order are still on way , or the order was not fulfilled at all ?
